Supplier audit programme support – UK-based CMO

Having successfully worked with JWQC previously, an independent UK-based contract manufacturing organisation identified us as a partner for supporting their annual audit programme. Selection of JWQC freed up some of their internal resource and kept their audit programme on schedule.

JWQC fulfilled the client’s requirements:-

• A wide range of audits were conducted – API, container closure component suppliers and contract testing laboratories, including analytical and microbiological

• Specialist Auditors within JWQC were provided, dependent on the scope of each audit

• A series of thorough and efficient audits were completed, highlighting areas for improvement within their supply chain

JWQC liaised closely with the client throughout the process, providing a risk based approach to completion and follow up of the audit programme. The audits were successfully completed allowing the organisation to remain on track with their audit schedule. Client satisfaction has led to further audits being contracted to JWQC for their current audit programme.
